Breakfast of Champions

Can more of my friends have kids, please? I want to be able to eat this more than two or three times per year...

  1. Fairy bread is the food of champions! If I had any hundreds and thousands in my house, I'd be having that for dessert tonight.

Note to self: buy hundreds and thousands.

  3. @Katie - Buy yourself one of those big jars from the supermarket. It'll take you forever to get through, but at least you'll have them on hand (I'm assuming that's a good thing...). My tub of hundreds and thousands had a Best Before date of 2006, but I did a trial run with myself as the guinea pig, and they were fine. A worthy investment :)

@Vivian - I think if more people ate this for breakfast, the world would be a much happier place and there may even be world peace :)

  4. I loooove fairy bread. I wonder what my colleagues would say if I brought it for lunch?

  5. Pff. Stuff the kids and eat it anyway! No excuse required. Hell, I had fairy bread as a snack before I went to the gym last week! (I really can justify anything, can't I...)

  6. @Kat - I dare say your colleagues would ask you for some. If there's one thing I've learnt about working in construction, it's that men are just big kids
@Kirsti - I don't think there's any **need** to justify fairy bread ;) I just feel that it is a bit dangerous to let myself loose with a loaf of bread and a jar of sprinkles for fear of me continuing to eat until they're all gone!
